Our Virtual Promotion Success Masterclasses (09:00am – 17:00pm over Zoom) are based around small learning groups (max of 4) that we work with closely to help you perform at your very best through the selection process.
Firstly we will give you all the essential theory of competency based assessment that you need in order to succeed, and introduce you to two powerful structures, STAR+ & REDSTaR© that will massively simplify and turbo charge your preparation.
We then give you step by step guidance on how to write strong answers for two example questions – in essence you will create answer templates.
Using these answer templates, you are then able to build brilliant answers, that will maximise your chance of success, for any competency based question that you may be asked.

Another benefit of the Masterclass is that you are able to observe other delegates and benchmark yourself against them. Delegates find this particularly useful. If required, further free webinars will be run on how to deal with In-tray and Role-play exercises.
